“First, I suppose I should list the good.
1. New towels. It's always nice to have new towels.
2. New sheets, covers and duvets. It's also always nice.
3. The bathroom was clean on check-in. another plus always.
4. The desk staff works hard, within their control, to run a nice hotel. I also saw a maintenance staff member respond promptly to a room where the guest could not get their fireplace lit.
Now the not so good.
1. The hotel is in the middle of remodel, so, there is a lot of noise. Expedia……

“Stay was amazing! We had a late arrival however we were still able to get checked in quite smoothly and staff ran down a list of amenities we may find helpful! Breakfast was included and yummy! It was very nice of them to have bikes you’re able to use for FREE. Overall had a nice stay and will definitely be coming back to this Hotel for future vacations :)”

“We found a place on the street at 4:30p and could keep car there until 11a next day at no cost. It was perfect for what we needed. Did a pub crawl and didn’t want to drive the hour home. We had a great stay here! The property was very clean and felt updated. One of our favorite features was the outdoor patio with a fire pit—it was such a relaxing place to unwind. Our room had a balcony/patio overlooking the river, which was incredibly peaceful and perfect for enjoying coffee and a good book.
The beds were big and extremely comfortable, and we loved that the pool is open 24 hours, with adult-only hours after 10 PM—such a nice bonus.
